Founded in 2022 as a division of Northwest Center, Nora Genster, Senior Director, saw a gap in the workplace accessibility landscape.
In fact, many gaps.
External services and siloed organizational systems often lack coordination, leaving employees with disabilities, their teams, and leaders unsure of how to effectively support one another.
Leveraging personal experience and extensive professional expertise in workplace accessibility, the ETC team delivers solutions that make a difference for those who need them.
Our Approach
Holistic services mean real results

We ensure that your effective changes have a tangible and lasting impact on your employees’ ability to do their best work.
